As our products are designed for single-use purposes, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns. We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your order upon arrival. Should you encounter any defects, damages, or if there has been an error in your received item, please reach out to us promptly. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.

Refunds and cancellations:   If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have been shipped out.  You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
