Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through USPS

• Priority Mail transit time: 1-3 business days
• Ground Advantage transit time: 2-5 business days
• International: approx. 1-3 week delivery
  

Processing Time

• Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. 
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  

Customs and import taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  

Address Issues

• If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at customerservice@blurose.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once it has been shipped out, it is out of our hands. 
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.
• If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours if we do not hear from you.
  

Combining Multiple Orders

• We automatically combine all orders that are placed to the same name and shipping address. 
• If you would prefer for us to not combine your orders, please let us know!
